Pejo IT Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete information, lack of cooperation, or late approvals from the Client.

• Payments are made in advance or in milestones, as mutually agreed
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services
• All payments are subject to the company’s Refund & Cancellation Policy

Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All intellectual property created during the project remains the property of Pejo IT Solutions until full payment is received
• Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights may be transferred to the Client as per agreed terms
• Pejo IT Solutions reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless restricted by a confidentiality agreement

Limitation of Liability

Pejo IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use our services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
