Conditional Refunds

– Refunds may be considered if a project has not commenced or if the Company fails to deliver services according to the agreed specifications.

– Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service initiation

Partial Refunds

– If work has begun and the Client requests cancellation, a partial refund may be provided after deducting costs incurred for work completed.

Exclusions

– No refunds will be provided after project completion and delivery of digital files.

– Digital downloads, templates, and content delivered cannot be refunded once accessed.
