We provide professional IT services, digital solutions, and software-related services. Due to the nature of digital and service-based work, refunds and cancellations are handled according to the policy outlined below.

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of payment unless otherwise stated in a written agreement or contract.


Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started, and a cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame
  • Services were not delivered as agreed due to an issue solely caused by us
  • A duplicate or incorrect payment was made

Once work has begun, refunds may be partial or not applicable, depending on the stage of project completion.


Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed or partially completed projects
  • Digital products, software, source code, or downloadable materials
  • Consultation fees, discovery sessions, or setup charges
  • Custom development work once initiated
  • Maintenance, support, or subscription-based services already rendered

Project Cancellations

If you wish to cancel a project:

  • You must notify us in writing via email
  • Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be calculated based on the remaining scope of work

Refund Process

Once your refund request is received:

  • We will review the request and assess eligibility
  • You will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank or payment account again
  • Contact your payment provider or bank for processing updates
